Spring has sprung at Artistsmeet

An exhibition of intricate paper cut outs and breathtaking 3D installations by artist Molly Hagan is set to take up residence in the gallery, which is located in the foyer of Watersmeet, Rickmansworth.

Inspired by patterns found in nature and human existence, Molly creates her pieces following a particular process, documenting the patterns through photography and drawing, then layering silhouetting and cutting them out by hand to produce the finished forms.

The installations are then presented in the space as suspended patterns, experimenting with light, shadow and perception of space.

The work will be on display from:

6 May – 28 June 2015
10am – 4pm, Monday – Friday

Print and natter!

Creative coffee launch and lino printing

Wednesday 6 May

11am - 1pm

Join us for coffee, cake and creativity at the morning exhibition launch, with the chance to meet Molly, ask her questions about her work and take part in her lino printing taster session!

Entry is free and groups are welcome, but booking is required. Light refreshments will be provided.
