Sad death of Councillor Leslie Proctor

It is with great sadness that we confirm the death of the Councillor Leslie Proctor who died last week (Thursday 27 October).

Leslie was elected as a Conservative member of Three Rivers District Council for the Gade Valley ward in May 2015.

"Although Leslie was only a Councillor for a short period, he had endeared himself to a number of the staff at Three Rivers District Council and to many of the other councillors from all parties. I am sure we will all be thinking of his family at this time and hold fond memories of his short time with us."
