Help us to help you: Major residents survey launched
Help Three Rivers District Council to help you by completing its latest major survey on the services it provides.
The council has launched its annual residents survey. The results will help the local authority make informed decisions on the future of its services.
The annual residents’ survey gives people the opportunity to have their say on the services they receive from their district council. Views are being sought from all residents aged 16 and over and the survey will close on 31 January 2026.
Cllr Stephen Giles-Medhurst, Leader of Three Rivers District Council, said: “I am proud of the council and the services it delivers by our hardworking staff. The voices of our residents are very important to us, and we are always eager to hear your views on what we do well or how we can improve our services to meet the needs of everyone in our wonderful district.
“In our last survey, it was highly encouraging to see so many residents, businesses and stakeholders who took part to rate the council and its services so highly. There is always room for improvement, and we will always listen to constructive criticism. Please let us know how you feel about our services and how we can improve our delivery by completing the survey today.”
The district council provides a variety of services ranging from benefits, community safety, planning and housing needs to leisure services, parks and green spaces, public health and protection and waste and recycling collections.
