National Walking Month may be over, but the benefits of walking last all year. So why not keep up the habit by visiting some of the district's beautiful open spaces and nature reserves.
Francesca Cohen, Three Rivers District Council's Natural Infrastructure Projects Officer, has visited three open spaces and nature reserves to show the many lovely walking routes residents and visitors can go on.
