Residents invited to public meetings on local policing

Residents are invited to attend two public meetings next week to learn more about procedural changes to local policing in Three Rivers.
The leader the Three Rivers District Council, Cllr Stephen Giles-Medhurst OBE, is inviting residents to the meetings in South Oxhey and Abbots Langley.
The public events will also be attended by the district’s Chief Inspector Dan Rainbird, of Hertfordshire Constabulary, who will be updating residents on local policing matters.
The meetings are taking place at:
South Oxhey: Watford Rural Parish Council Offices, Oxhey Drive
When: Monday (23 March) from 7pm – 9pm.
Abbots Langley: The Manor House, Gallows Hill Lane
When: Wednesday (24 March) from 7pm - 9pm.
Cllr Giles-Medhurst said: “I am pleased to be chairing these public meetings and welcoming the chief inspector to outline the details of policing in both areas and any procedural changes. I warmly invite any interested local residents to come along.”
