The Chair and Leader of Three Rivers District Council have both laid flowers as a tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The Chair, Cllr Debbie Morris, and Leader, Cllr Sarah Nelmes, formally laid flowers on behalf of the district council next to the fountain in the Rose Garden of Three Rivers House, the council's headquarters.

Residents who wish to lay their own floral tribute are also invited to do so. The council requests that flowers are taken out of cellophane wrappers. Flowers will be removed for composting at the close of business on Tuesday 20 September. Any cards will be retained in our archive.

A book of condolence is available for the public to sign in the reception area of Three Rivers House during normal business hours. The book will remain open until the close of business on Tuesday 20 September.
