Get your Jam on at Croxley Skate Park

Updated: 12 August 2021

The Croxley SK8 Jam returns on Saturday (14 August) from 10am to 6pm.

The Croxley SK8 Jam returns on Saturday (14 August) from 10am to 6pm providing a combination of sports, music, activities and (hopefully) great weather. The fun-packed event will deliver a day full of competitions, prizes and much more to create a celebration bigger and better than ever before with a festival-like atmosphere.

Cllr Chris Lloyd, Lead Member for Leisure at Three Rivers District Council, said: “Throughout lockdown, use of the skate park was not permitted, but as Covid restrictions were eased, the park really came into its own with young residents flocking back. The park has never been busier and this year’s Skate Jam will be a day not to be missed. Everyone is welcome to attend this free event to see the local skate park users show off their dare-devil tricks to win prizes."

Three Rivers District Council has secured some fantastic sponsors and prizes for the event including Lovenskate, ABC Skateboarding, Lariat skateboard shop, SOURCEBMX and Keep Rolling Co.

You don’t have to know how to skate, scooter or BMX. You can still enjoy the atmosphere by watching participants, listening to music or taking part in other activities on the day including t-shirt printing.
