Council to lead minute’s silence to mark one year since start of pandemic

Three Rivers District Council will be honouring the one-minute silence as part of the national day of reflection tomorrow (Tuesday, 23 March), with the council flag flying at half-mast outside the council office in Rickmansworth.

Councillors and officers will take time to remember all those who have sadly lost their lives during the pandemic, as well as all those who have been affected in so many ways.
