Batchworth Community Council vacancy

Following the receipt of 10 valid signatures from electors of the ward calling for the election to take place, a poll will now be held on Thursday 6 May 2021 to fill the vacancy. The Notice of Election will be published 25 days before the date of election providing  further details.

Three Rivers District Council comprises 39 Councillors who represent 13 wards and are divided into the following political groups. The current composition of the Council is:

  • Liberal Democrat = 22 seats
  • Conservative = 11 seats
  • Labour = 3 seats
  • Independent Councillors Group = 2 seats
  • Independent = 1 seat

Parish Council Elections

Parish Council elections take place every four years. There are six Parish/Community Councils within the district - Abbots Langley, Batchworth, Chorleywood, Croxley Green, Sarratt and Watford Rural.

County Council Elections

County Council elections take place every four years.  There are 6 Hertfordshire County Divisions within the Three Rivers district.  The next County Council election will take place 2021.
