Thinking of holding an event?

Sponsored Charity Fun Run. If you would like to organise an event in one of our parks or open spaces you must complete a hire of grounds form (doc). We can then advise you on availability, permissions, planning your event and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

If you are a personal trainer, fitness instructor or club (incl running and aerobic) and would like to use our parks or open spaces to hold your activity or classes then download our policy and weekly hire of grounds form. This will give you guidance on how to apply for use of our parks and open spaces.

Filming

Are you looking to film in any of the parks and open spaces in Three Rivers District then please use this form (doc) to apply for permission or if you have any queries then please contact 01923 776611.
