Parkour

Brand new to Three Rivers are two Parkour facilities.

Parkour was developed in France by Raymond Belle, a French soldier, as a way to get from A to B as quickly and efficiently as possible. It consists of obstacle courses, running, climbing, swinging, vaulting and rolling!

It is similar to other activities like Free Running. It is a great way to exercise and build up natural body strength. The great thing is you don't need anything to start, just the willingness to jump about!
