Following Three Rivers Parking Service relocation to Watford Town Hall, Parking Service can be still contacted on 01908 223506 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (until 6.30pm for enforcement calls) or by e-mail at email@example.com and services can be accessed as follows:
Residents’ Permits can be applied for or renewed online by following the links ‘Apply for a Resident Parking Permit’ or ‘Renew a Resident Parking Permit’ at the bottom of this page.
Visitors Permits can be applied for or renewed online by following the links ‘Apply for a Resident Parking Permit’ or ‘Renew a Resident Parking Permit’ and selecting ‘Resident Visitor Permit’.
Visitor Vouchers can be applied for by following the link ‘Apply for Visitors Vouchers‘ at the bottom of this page. If you prefer not to have the vouchers posted, they can also be collected. If your application is received by 2pm, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your vouchers can be collected from Customer Service desk at Watford Town Hall the following day (11am – 4.45pm) or if your application is received by 2pm on Friday, your vouchers can be collected from Watford library on Saturday (9.30am – 12.30pm). Vouchers applied for after 2pm on Friday can be collected the following Tuesday from Watford Town Hall (11am-5pm). Please note, vouchers that are not collected on the day, will be automatically posted the following working day.
Residents Permits, Visitors Permits and Visitors Vouchers can be also applied for by post, please download the application form from here and post it to: Three Rivers Parking Service, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please call 01908 223506 to request the application form to be posted to you.
Penalty Charge Notices can be challenged or paid by clicking either on ‘Challenge a Penalty Charge Notice’ or ‘Pay a Penalty Charge Notice’ links at the bottom of this page.
Dispensations and Suspensions can be applied for by e-mailing your request to email@example.com.
