Learn to Run
Beginner's running course
Ideal for those who have always wanted to start running but never felt they were fit enough. If you've never run before, getting back into running or just want to get fit and meet other runners, this is the perfect way to start.
Follow the couch to 5k programme with the help of a qualified instructor who will guide you each week. The first week you will only need to jog a total of 60 seconds at any one time. This builds up week on week to get you up to running 5km after eight weeks.
All groups are led by a UK Athletics Leader in Running Fitness Instructor.
Classes take place:
- Wednesdays, 12-1pm (from 24 May), meeting point is outside The Café in the Park, Rickmansworth Aquadrome, WD3 1NB.
Cost is £25 for the eight weeks. Payable to instructor on the first session.
