Empty houses are a wasted resource for the community. They reduce the supply of housing, and they can blight an area and attract antisocial behaviour.
Bringing empty properties back into use is a priority for us. If you are aware of an empty residential property that has been vacant for two or more years, please let us know.
You will need to provide:
- your name, address and contact information
- any information you have about the property, including how long it has been empty
- details of your concerns about the property
