A new chapter… tell us your story
30th April 2020
Hertfordshire Libraries and Nysa Projects are once again inviting you to share your stories and memories as part of a unique #creativequarantine project.
At a time when we are being encouraged to physically distance ourselves from one another, it is more important than ever to use stories to bring us together. Everyone has a story to tell about growing up and we would like to share these for the whole community to enjoy on the Herts Memories website.
Ranging from the awkwardness of a first kiss to family homes being bombed during the war, the stories received as part of #MyStory2019 were wide ranging. This year we want to build on this and receive even more of your stories.
Stories needn’t just be words on a page! You could do a video, animation, song, graphic or visual art… anything as long as you can email it to us in a digital file of no more than 10MB. However you would like to tell your story, we look forward to receiving it.
Email your story to mystory@hertfordshire.gov.uk
Coming soon… MyStoryFamilies. A #creativequarantine project for all ages to enjoy. More details to follow shortly.
