The Panel welcomes contributions from members of the public to its discussion on agenda items. Contributions will be limited to one person speaking for and one against each item for not more than three minutes. Please note that, in the event of registering your interest to speak on an agenda item but not taking up that right because the item is deferred, you will automatically be given the right to speak on that item at the next meeting of the Panel. Details of the procedure and the list for registering the wish to speak will be available for a short period before the meeting.

To present to the Highways Joint Member Panel (HJMP) the current version of the 2011/12 ‘Preparation Programme’ - Draft 2 of the 2011/12 Integrated Works Programme (IWP) – being those schemes that are being investigated and designed during 2010/11 with a view to implementation within the local area in 2011/2012. As a part of the introduction of a new gated access to restrict motorised and horse drawn vehicle movements in the region of the cemetery, a traffic regulation order was advertised for this proposal and objections to the order were made. |

This report advises the Panel of the performance of Hertfordshire Highways in the District of Three Rivers. |
