"Three Rivers District Council welcomes the CPRE report 'Litterbugs: How to Deal with the Problem of Littering'. Council requests the Public Services and Health Policy and Scrutiny Committee to examine the Council's policies and procedures in the light of the report's recommendations, with a view to improving the surroundings of our district, and encouraging a sense of pride in our community."
