10. RESIGNATION OF COUNCILLOR JOHN HAWXWELL
To report the resignation of Councillor John Hawxwell, elected for the Rickmansworth Ward. An election will be held to fill the vacancy in conjunction with the Hertfordshire County Council elections on 5 May 2005.
