“Would the Environment Portfolio Holder please inform the Council as to the implications for Three Rivers District Council's Green Belt policy as a result of the Government's proposed changes to planning legislation that will create a 'presumption in favour of sustainable development'. Does he agree that the proposed policy will make it harder for the Council to oppose developments that the Council had previously considered inappropriate?
