The Role: Revenues Manager
Salary: £46,570 - £50,524
This role will be based at Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford with some travel to Three Rivers District Council based in Rickmansworth.
The Department:- Revenues and Benefits Shared Services, based at Watford Borough Council, Town Hall Watford.
What we are looking for:-
Three Rivers District Council are looking to recruit an experienced Revenues Manager to join its successful Revenues and Benefits Shared Service.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role will be managing the business processes to ensure the efficient and effective collection of the council’s key revenue streams, including council tax, business rates housing benefit overpayments and general debtors. You will be required to manage the business processes to ensure the timely and accurate assessment of eligibility and entitlements of the council’s services, including exemptions and discounts.
The service is currently going through a period of transformation where we are moving many of our services on-line so customers can apply for discounts and exemptions by self serving, and at the same time we are looking to automate more of the process making it easier and quicker for our customers. It’s an exciting time with a lot of change so you will need drive and determination.
