FOI - William Penn Leisure Centre

The Council has stored all of its documentation relating to the William Penn Leisure Centre refurbishment project in a cellular office at Three Rivers House. The filing system comprises some 89 lever arch files, boxes, plans and CDs. The files are stored largely in date order, not in subject or other matter type.

Now that the legal case has finished, the files are open for inspection. The Council is prepared to arrange for the documents to be inspected at its offices, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and free of charge. Any inspection must be by prior appointment and will be under supervision. No documents may be removed from the Council offices. Please contact the Customer Service Centre on 01923 776611 or by e-mail at Identical conditions pertain whether the request to inspect is from a Councillor, journalist or member of the public.

In the light of the above the Council will not respond to any request for specific document(s) as the time/costs of doing so would exceed the limits prescribed in Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
