Request a replacement bin if your bin is lost, damaged or stolen
You can request a replacement bin free of charge if:
- you have moved house and do not have a bin
- your bin is lost, damaged or stolen
This includes:
- green non-recyclables bins
- black recycling bins
- silver food pods
- brown garden waste bins (if you subscribe to this service)
If you live in a flat with communal bins and your bin is lost or damaged, you should speak to your landlord or the freeholder.
