Upgrade your walk with Nordic Walking!

Do you want to get an extra boost from the benefits of your walking? Three Rivers District Council is offering two Nordic Walking courses with 

alison-sunshine-1613.jpgqualified Nordic Walking instructor Alison Smith to help you get started on the right foot.

Research has shown that Nordic Walking can improve coordination, balance, agility and posture! It also can burn up to 46 per cent more calories compared to regular walking. It’s also a fun and sociable activity.

alison-sunshine-1621.jpgChoose from one of two courses starting on– Monday, 29th February 6.30pm-7.30pm or Tuesday 1st March 12:30pm-1.30pm at Rickmansworth Aquadrome. The course is £15 for the 4 weeks and poles are provided.
