The inaugural Forum saw a select number of larger businesses and supporting organisations that operate within the District come together to discuss the issues facing businesses now and in the foreseeable future. Officers of the Council and party leaders from all three political parties represented on the Council took part. Cllr Stephen Giles-Medhurst, Lead Member for Economic Development, Sustainability and Transport, who chaired the meeting said “The meeting was a success and very encouraging. The Forum has got the ball rolling for future meetings that will involve local businesses all over the district.”

The Three Rivers Business Forum will help develop the Economic Development Strategy for the area and establish some key priorities for the future.business-forum-041.jpg
