WATFORD HOUSEHOLD WASTE RECYCLING CENTRE, WIGGENHALL ROAD

 

To consider the proposal to close the Watford Household Waste Recycling Centre, Wiggenhall Road.  The Assistant Director, Environment Management at Herts County Council will attend the meeting to answer questions.

The Hertfordshire Household Waste Recycling Centre service report presented to the Herts County Council Environment Scrutiny Committee on 16 May 2008 is attached for Members of the Committee for their information.  The report can also be downloaded from the Herts County Council website at:

FINANCIAL POSITION STATEMENT & BUDGET MONITORING REPORT – FEBRUARY 2008 (MONTH 11)

 

This report gives an update of the three-year medium-term financial plan and the position on the current year’s budget for the period ending on 24 February 2008 (circulated separately).

HERTFORDSHIRE WASTE PARTNERSHIP BV86 REPORT

 

To advise members on the outcome of the report into the variances between BVPI86 (cost of waste collection per household) across the County, which was commissioned by Hertfordshire Waste Partnership (HWP).

EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

 

 “that under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined under paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act.
