To receive a presentation from Louis Sanford, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities STP Programme Manager, Hertfordshire & West Essex STP on the current service pressures, priorities and plans for change for adult mental health services.
To receive a presentation from Marion Ingram, Operations Director, Specialist Services, Children’s Services, Hertfordshire County Council, on the current service pressures, priorities and plans for Children’s Services and Families First in relation to mental health.
To receive a presentation from Charlotte McLeod, Head of Community Safety for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, on the work of the Mental Health Concordat and the implications for Three Rivers.
To receive a presentation from Steven Probyn, Head of Services, Herts Mind Network on their current service pressures, priorities and plans for change.
To discuss the presentations and the implications for partnership working in Three Rivers.
To identify local partnership priorities in relation to Mental Health.

To note the feedback on the strategy consultation.
To adopt the strategy.
To agree that partner agencies will follow their appropriate processes to adopt the strategy.
