The Development Control Committee welcomes contributions from members of the public to its discussion on agenda items. Contributions will be limited to one person speaking for and one against each item for not more than three minutes. Please note that, in the event of registering your interest to speak on an agenda item but not taking up that right because the item is deferred, you will automatically be given the right to speak on that item at the next meeting of the Development Control Committee. Consideration of Objections and Confirmation of Three Rivers (30 HAZELWOOD ROAD, CROXLEY GREEN) Tree Preservation Order 2005

 

To consider objections made in respect of the Three Rivers (30 Hazelwood Road, Croxley Green) Tree Preservation Order 2005. An objection has been raised regarding the protection of trees partially affected by building works on an adjacent property, particularly as the protection of these trees was not raised by the Council during the planning process. The suitability of the trees for protection was also queried. This report sets out the officer's recommendations to confirm the order without modification.
