The Council own a number of trees in its parks and open spaces, and a woodland estate of around 240 Ha. The Tree and Landscape Unit are responsible for drawing up Management Plans for all its key sites, many of which include areas of trees and woodlands. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our lively Tree and Landscape team for a Landscape Officer to be based at Three Rivers House in Rickmansworth. One of two such officers; key duties of the post will include dealing with all aspects of tree preservation, liaising with planning officers on tree and landscape matters, and ensuring that all Council owned trees and woodlands are appropriately managed.
