Health walks in Three Rivers
This health walking scheme is coordinated by The Countryside Management Service (CMS) and is a countywide programme of free, led walks.
It aims to help promote walking and encourage more people (all ages, backgrounds and abilities) to get outdoors, get more active and reap the benefits. For details on the next organised walk visit the website
http://enquire.hertscc.gov.uk/cms/healthwalks/

Everyday Active is part of the Active Communities programme which contributed towards the project being commended for the MJ Awards. Over the last three years, adults, children and young people from the district have engaged in a range of activities to get more active, more often.
