Watersmeet has two fully air-conditioned rooms available for hire. With a unique floor in the main auditorium it can transform from a fully raked theatre style event to a flat floor for dinner dances, cabarets and weddings.
The auditorium has a capacity of 500 for theatre productions and large scale conferences and 250 for cabaret style events.
Watersmeet’s Colne Room has a capacity of up to 100. It provides the perfect space for more intimate events such as Christenings and birthdays, but with the versatility to be easily adapted for business meetings, mother and toddler groups, craft fairs and exhibitions.
Both rooms are licensed to perform weddings making the venue an extremely popular choice for hosting any size celebration. The venue also offers a flexible range of dining options at very affordable prices.

Free off street parking is available for up to 2 hours and there are several car parks in the town centre offering 2 hours of free parking during the day. After 6.30pm parking is not limited to 2 hours, however we suggest that you check applicable charges before you leave. Paying car parks are available opposite the station, at the station car park (Waitrose) and at the Long Island Exchange.
For weekend performances, Watersmeet recommends parking at Three Rivers District Council car park in the upper or lower car park only. Parking for the duration of the show is allowed in these bays. For any further assistance please call the box office on 01923 711063 during opening hours.
The nearest station is Rickmansworth on the Metropolitan line and the venue is a short 7-10 minute walk away.
