Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme - Tenants

Three Rivers District Council provides a guaranteed deposit of up to one months rent to enable people on the housing register to find accommodation in the private rented sector.

People who have a local connection, are threatened with homelessness and are on the Housing Register will be eligible for the scheme.

The scheme is run by the Private Sector Liaison Officer.
