Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme - Tenants

Three Rivers District Council provides a guaranteed deposit of up to one months rent to enable people on the housing register to find accommodation in the private rented sector.

The scheme is available to all those who do not have a deposit, have lived in the district for up to six months and are under threat of losing their current accommodation or have other housing difficulties. 

The scheme is run by the Private Sector Liaison Officer whose direct line is 01923 727061.
