Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme - Landlords

Three Rivers District Council has a deposit guarantee scheme.  The Council is always looking for more private landlords to help provide accommodation to those in need. 

The scheme provides up to one month quaranteed deposit, it organises all the legal documentation, carries out a video and detailed inventory, and has staff with a sound knowledge of private sector housing law to run it.

As of 1st August 2011 there 206 tenancies currently ongoing.
