Please note that, in the event of registering your interest to speak on an agenda item but not taking up that right because the item is deferred, you will automatically be given the right to speak on that item at the next meeting of the Policy and Scrutiny Committee. | This report updates Members on the current level of shared service between Three Rivers and Watford, specifically around the Building Control service and proposes options for a way forward via a development of the current shared service or lead authority (to follow).
