Street Trading Licence
You can apply for a licence or consent to trade on the street.
It is illegal to trade on the street without a Street Trading Licence. To report suspected illegal street trading, contact the Licensing Officer on 01923 727016 or e-mail enquiries@threerivers.gov.uk
Some streets are prohibited and an application for a Street Trading Licence will be refused. A list of these streets can be downloaded below.
