Site Allocations Development Plan Document Pre-Submission Consultation
The Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) will identify sites throughout the District for development up to 2026 to support the delivery of the Core Strategy that was adopted by the Council on 17 October 2011. This consultation seeks your views on the sites that the Council considers have the potential to meet needs for a range of uses including housing, employment, education, shopping, leisure and open spaces and minor changes to the detailed Green Belt boundary associated with the allocation of land for development. We are also seeking your views on a parameters plan for the South Oxhey area to complement work on the ‘South Oxhey Initiative’.
The Site Allocations DPD is based on previous consultations and supporting Evidence Base studies which are available to view here.
In addition the County Council have undertaken technical studies on the potential Secondary School sites which are available to view here.
The consultation starts at 9am on Monday 23 January 2012 and ends at 5pm on Monday 5 March 2012. Any representations received after this date will not be considered.

The Site Allocations DPD Pre Submission Document is available to download below together with the questionnaire which you can complete and email to trldf@threerivers.gov.uk or post to The Development Plans Team, Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RL.
Paper copies are also available for inspection at the Council Offices in Rickmansworth and at all public libraries in the District.
