Site Allocations Development Plan Document

The Site Allocations document supports the delivery of the Core Strategy that was adopted by the Council in October 2011. It allocates specific sites to meet needs for housing, employment, education, shopping and open spaces in Three Rivers. It also includes a Masterplan for South Oxhey to guide plans for the area and proposes an amendment to the Green Belt boundary.

The Council published the Site Allocations Proposed Submission for consultation between 9 November and 21 December 2012. Submission to the Secretary of State is anticipated mid 2013. Although we are not accepting any further representations the consultation documents can be viewed below:
