Run for the Children (and Dads!)

On Father's Day Sunday June 15, Rickmansworth Aquadrome will be playing host to the fun-filled Run for the Children 3k charity run.  Can you beat your Dad to the finish line?

Run for the Children is a family fun run in aid of The Children's Trust, a charity that supports children with multiple disabilities.  Participants can run, jog, walk or hop around the 3k course, which zig-zags around the Aquadrome's popular lakes.

Marking Father's Day in style, the first father and child duo over the finish line will win Saracens Rugby match tickets!  A mystery Sporting Champion will also be entertaining families on the day.  The Champion will be on hand to sign autographs, speak to children and adults and take part in the energetic warm up session at the start of the event.

Waitrose will be providing free bottles of water for all participants who complete the race and everybody will receive a medal to celebrate their achievement.
