Rubbish, Waste and Recycling
In 2006/07, residents in Three Rivers recycled 44.2% of their waste, which was the highest recycling rate in Hertfordshire. Between April and June 2007 we reached 49.6%. We hope to reach, maintain and go beyond 50% shortly and would ask all resident to follow the information on this website to ensure the correct items are being placed out for collection.
WasteAware Hertfordshire Partnership has produced a leaflet explaining how materials are recycled.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all residents for their continued efforts.
