To consider the proposal to close the Watford Household Waste Recycling Centre, Wiggenhall Road.  The Assistant Director, Environment Management at Herts County Council will attend the meeting to answer questions.

To provide Members with an update on the implementation of the Community Toilets Scheme. This report follows the verbal update to the Public Services Policy and Scrutiny Committee on 14 February 2008 and the written reports of 14 June 2007 and 30 August 2007.

EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

 

 

 

 “that under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined under paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act.
