Pre application fee increase

As approved by the Council's Executive Committee on 2 April 2012, Three Rivers District Council will be increasing the fees for pre application requests (planning) on 1 May 2012. The increased fees may be found on our website – go to the Pre Application Stage section for further information, together with a pre application request form and additional guidance regarding what to submit.
