Planning Application Forms and Fees

Planning Applications can be submitted online via the Planning Portal.

Guidance on making an online Planning Application can be downloaded below. Please note that from 6^th April 2008 all planning and related applications must be received on the Government's new standardised forms.   Any applications received on old forms (including TP1) will be returned as invalid.  This is a legal requirement.

Alternatively, Planning Application Forms and Guidance Notes can be downloaded below.  Completed Application Forms should be returned to Development Control, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, Herts WD3 1RL.
