Planning Application Forms and Fees
Planning Applications can be submitted online via the Planning Portal.
Guidance on making an online Planning Application can be downloaded below. Please note that from 6th April 2008 all planning and related applications must be received on the Government's new standardised forms. Any applications received on old forms (including TP1) will be returned as invalid. This is a legal requirement.

Application for Removal or Variation of a Condition following grant of Planning Permission
Please note that if you are seeking to submit details pursuant to a condition e.g. submission of details of materials or a landscaping scheme, then you should send a letter to the Council's planning department. The letter should be accompanied with the relevant supporting information and fee. Please do not use the forms below if you are seeking to submit details pursuant to a condition.
The forms below should be used when you wish to either remove or vary a condition attached to a planning permission.
