1. Welcome and introductions

    Pensioners’ Forum Chairman, Councillor Paul Goggins.

2. Update on previous issues raised at the last meeting

    Including:

·        pot holes and roads maintenance

·        a proposal for a one day Pensioners’     
         Conference.

3. Carers in Herts. Services and support available for carers of loved ones with physical illness, mental illness or disability.  Julie Crossley, Carers in Herts.

4.   Mobile phones.  The best mobile phones for people who are visually impaired, have arthritis or just want an easy-to-use phone. Dawn Bunting, Hertfordshire Society for the Blind.

5.    Volunteering opportunities. Morgan O'Grady, Three Rivers Centre for Voluntary Service.

 6.   Any other business.  This section has been extended to provide more time     for discussion.
