The issuing of penalty charge notices, both on street and in off street car parks, owned by the Council, is contracted to Vinci Park Services UK. This service is operated in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Opening Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8am – 6.30pm.  Closed Bank Holidays
