Out Of Hours Emergencies
Three Rivers District Council Environmental Health Services provide a response to emergencies outside of office hours within designated core hours.
The hours are:
- 8pm Friday until 1am Saturday
- 8pm Saturday until 3am Sunday
- 8pm Sunday until 1am Monday
- Bank Holidays 8pm until 1am
Telephone 07831 360425 and an officer will take details and contact the relevant duty officer for Environmental Health.
You will receive a telephone response from the duty officer within 30 minutes.
An officer will make a personal visit for:
- A severe nuisance that is affecting and reported by 3 or more households
- A vehicle or house intruder alarm
- Request for assistance by the police
- Request by a Councillor on behalf of 3 or more residents
- Enforcing an existing legal notice
