NWES Advance offers Business Loans to both existing and new start-up businesses which cannot get finance from banks. To be eligible, the business must be based in (or be prepared to relocate to) the East of England region. Loans from NWES Advance are based on relationship management.  They look at you and your business rather than your credit score. All loans are assessed on an individual basis. A bank rejection letter is required from all applicants. It must be understood that NWES Advance is committed to the process of recovering amounts due.

NWES Advance is a registered Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) which exists to promote positive economic and social change within the East of England and is licensed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. It has been funded mainly through the regional development agency EEDA and other local government initiatives.
