Standard Official Search (LLC1 plus CON29R)
Residential: £141.00
Non-Residential: £178.50
These fees include free copies of Local Land Charges Register entries as requested/available. To obtain free copies, requests must be made to the Land and Property Information Section direct. Requests for copies made to any other Section of the Council may incur a charge.
CON29O: Each enquiry £20.00 (inc Q.22 Commons Registration)
CON29 Additional Parcels: £20.00 each
Additional Questions by Solicitors submitted with Searches: £20.00 each
CON29R only: Residential £101.00 / Non-Residential £138.50
Maximum CON29R fee subject to negotiation.
LLC1 only: £40.00 (both Residential and Non-Residential)
Search in one part of the Register only: £20.00
Each subsequent part of the Register: £4.00 to a total of £40.00
LLC1 Additional Parcels: £5.00
Maximum LLC1 fee subject to negotiation
