The Executive Committee agreed (Minute No EX169/07 refers) that a Working Group be established to ratify the process for the Selection of the Preferred Options Housing Areas, to ensure the criteria had been correctly applied and to agree the final rankings of the housing areas being considered.  The Group assisted in the selection of sites for housing, employment, retail and general infrastructure as part of the LDF process.  The Group makes recommendations to the Executive Committee.

These documents were previously considered under Part II of the Council's Committee agenda and are being released for inspection following resolution of the issues.
