9. | PROPOSED TRANSFER OF OAKLANDS AVENUE PLAY AREA AND PUBLIC OPEN SPACE, OXHEY

| To request Members approval to transfer ownership of Oaklands Avenue play area and public open space, Oxhey, from the developers Taylor Wimpey to the Council, to sustain the future provision and maintenance of the new community asset, as per the signed Section 106 agreement.

10. | EROSION AND RECREATIONAL ISSUES AT BATCHWORTH LAKE, RICKMANSWORTH AQUADROME
|

| It has long been known that erosion has been a problem at Batchworth Lake in particular. Recently there have been attempts to reduce the level of erosion through the establishment of emergent vegetation and reed beds. This has been successful only in part and as a result officers have sought an independent assessment of the site.
