The Policy Panel welcomes contributions from members of the public to its discussion on agenda items. Contributions will be limited to one person speaking for and one against each item for not more than three minutes. Please note that, in the event of registering your interest to speak on an agenda item but not taking up that right because the item is deferred, you will automatically be given the right to speak on that item at the next meeting of the Panel. Details of the procedure and the list for registering the wish to speak will be available for a short period before the meeting.

SKATEBOARDING AREA WITHIN SOUTH OXHEY PLAYING FIELDS

 

The purpose of this report is to update Members with the progress on the proposed open access street-style skateboarding area within South Oxhey Playing Fields.

13.

EVALUATION OF DESIGNATED PUBLIC PLACE ORDERS (DPPOS) IN CHORLEYWOOD AND GARSTON

In August 2006 the Council authorised the use of Designated Public Place Orders (DPPOs) in Chorleywood and Garston, making it an offence to drink alcohol after being warned by a Police Constable (PC) or a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) not to do so under the Police and Criminal Justice Act 2001. This report evaluates the impact of those DPPOs.

WATERSMEET REPLACEMENT SEATING TENDER

To consider a recommendation to procure replacement seats for Watersmeet by accepting a tender other than the lowest received.

WILLIAM PENN LEISURE CENTRE REFURBISHMENT - PROGRESS REPORT
 

This report describes current progress on the refurbishment of William Penn Leisure Centre.
