13. | EVALUATION OF DESIGNATED PUBLIC PLACE ORDERS (DPPOS) IN CHORLEYWOOD AND GARSTON

| In August 2006 the Council authorised the use of Designated Public Place Orders (DPPOs) in Chorleywood and Garston, making it an offence to drink alcohol after being warned by a Police Constable (PC) or a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) not to do so under the Police and Criminal Justice Act 2001. This report evaluates the impact of those DPPOs.
