Leisure Grants

Grants for Local Groups

wheelchair basketballThree Rivers District Council operates a programme of grants for community organisations to support or expand their activities. Leisure and Community Grants offer a way to support the costs of setting up a new activity or to help promote what a group already does. Watford and District Mencap, the Croxley Green Revels Society, and the Barton Way Allotment Association have all received grants to enable them to offer improved leisure activities to local people.

There are also Capital Grants available to help purchase large equipment or to contribute to carrying out improvements to a building. Recently, Croxley Tennis Club and Watford Piscators Angling Society have both received grants to help meet the cost of capital projects.Croxley Tennis Club
