Leaseholders
The Council is committed to maintaining and improving relationships with leaseholders, and has produced a helpful handbook. The handbook has been published for the first time to coincide with new legal rights for leaseholders and these are summarised together with other rights and obligations of leaseholders and the Council.
There have been some amendments to the charges currently incurred by leaseholders. The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 has extended the right to enable administration charges, imposed by the landlord, to be challenged.

Whenever we are going to do any works on your property that will cost you over £250 we will consult you. There are various stages of consultation:-

3. Notice of Reasons
4. Final Notice
